John Gaddini is the Owner and President of JG Safety Consulting Services, bringing more than 30 years of experience in construction and general industry safety. Throughout his career, he has worked with contractors, businesses, and organizations to develop effective safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct jobsite audits, investigate workplace incidents, and deliver practical safety training. Most recently, John served as Corporate Safety Director for a major national general contractor. His background also includes leadership experience in both the private sector and the Minnesota OSHA Division, giving him a well-rounded perspective on safety management, regulatory requirements, and real-world jobsite safety.
Through JG Safety Consulting Services, John provides practical, results-driven safety consulting and training tailored to each client's needs.
